To walk in YHVH’s ways is to mirror His open-handed mercy toward the poor.
YHVH Elohim, teach us to see as You see and to love as You love. Remove stinginess, fear, and indifference from our hearts. Make our hands generous, our minds wise, and our actions just. May we be a people who reflect Your covenant faithfulness to the needy among us.
