In the Derech Olam, the Ancient Path, there are six daily prayers - three compulsory and three commendable. Each prayer follows a shared Abrahamic structure of rakahot (cycles of standing, bowing, and prostration), aligned with the ancient worship of Avraham, Yitsḥaq, and Yaʿaqob.
La’YHVH! (Unto YHVH!) is the call of attention and submission. It is proclaimed:
Hear, O Yisrael, YHVH is our Elohim, YHVH is ONE.
I set my intention to stand before You, YHVH Elohim, to remember You, to give thanks to You, and to submit myself to Your will alone. Accept my prayer and direct my heart in truth.
Search me, O Ĕl, and know my heart; try me, and know my thoughts; and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the Way everlasting.
After this opening recitation, the appointed texts for the current rakah are proclaimed.
Upon completing the rakah text, proclaim La’YHVH!, then raise the hands with palms upward and say: Hallelu-YHVH (three times).
The following completion sequence is performed for each rakah. La’YHVH! is proclaimed between every change of position.
After completing the second as well as final rakah of the prayer, remain seated and proclaim the shortened Shema, marking the sentence by moving your index finger up and down:
Shema Yisrael, YHVH Eloheinu, YHVH Echad!
Then turn the head gently to the right and say: Shalom Aleichem.
Turn the head gently to the left and repeat: Shalom Aleichem.
Pray for tribes of Yisra’el, family, leaders, nations, and personal petitions follow after the formal prayer.
This structure orders the day through remembrance, submission, disciplined movement, and peace.
Shema Yisra'el, YHVH Eloheinu, YHVH Echad! (Hear, O Israel: YHVH our Elohim, YHVH is One!)
Qumah YHVH, u'futzu oyvekha! (Arise, YHVH, and let Your enemies be scattered!)
Bo'u, na'avad et YHVH b'kodesh! (Come, let us serve YHVH in holiness!)
Barukh ha'ba b'shem YHVH! (Blessed is He who comes in the Name of YHVH!)
Usage: Proclaimed once by a Levite (melodious, steady voice) toward Tziyon (the Drakensberg). Same proclamation for al six daily prayers.
Et Qara higi'a, Et Qara higi'a! (The time of the Call has come! The time of the Call has come!)
Placement: Call ET QARA immediately after QOL QARA and just before the Qara prayers (the prayers listed below). There is no vocal response to the proclamation; the people's response is the performance of the Qara prayers themselves.

Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of YAH, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my Elohim, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings shall you trust; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flies by day;
6 nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made YAH, which is my refuge, even the Most High, your habitation;
10 there shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.
12 They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall you trample under feet.
14 Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and show him My salvation.
